Delicate, but don’t be fooled. Soft in color but bold in character, this blushing beauty combines balanced floral notes and vibrant citrus with just the right touch of spirit.
Ingredients
½ oz. St. Elder Pamplemousse Liqueur
1½ oz. Gin
1 oz. Dry Vermouth
½ oz. Bitter Orange Liqueur
Prep
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Stir until shaker is frosty. Strain into a coupe glass.
