Ruby Paloma
1½ oz. Blanco Tequila
1 oz. St. Elder Pamplemousse Liqueur
2 oz. Freshly-Squeezed Grapefruit Juice
2 oz. Club Soda
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake well and pour into highball glass. Top with club soda and garnish with a slice of grapefruit.
